Exterior view of Chiven Residential Architecture showing fluid geometries and curved surfaces

Chiven is a residential building that balances architectural precision with the fluidity of form. Through clean geometries and curved surfaces that seem to be shaped by wind and light, the project forms a dynamic composition of volumes that avoids rigidity and encourages a continuous movement of the gaze.

Spatial Organization & Circulation

The primary architectural gesture is expressed through strong horizontal lines and soft, curved envelopes that “embrace” the interior spaces.

These curves act as a means of organizing experience: they guide circulation, frame views, and create an ever-changing interplay of light and shadow. The result is a residence that transforms throughout the day, reflecting the path of the sun across its surfaces.

Interior-Exterior Integration

Particular emphasis is placed on the relationship between interior and exterior space. Transparent railings dissolve boundaries, allowing light to penetrate deep into the core of the building. Elevated pools and water elements act as mirrors of the sky, enhancing a sense of lightness and calm. Water becomes a key compositional element, reinforcing the project’s bioclimatic character.

Materials, Textures, and Landscaping

The material palette remains subtle, composed of earthy tones where textured surfaces interact with smooth finishes. Attention to detail is evident throughout: from the curved edges of the slabs to the integrated planting that softens the geometry, introducing elements of elevated, de-territorialized gardens on the upper levels.

Vertical Composition & Spatial Layers

The composition develops vertically through successive layers that ensure privacy while maintaining visual continuity. Generous balconies provide a comfortable outdoor spatial experience, while the building is crowned by a spacious roof terrace that transforms into an elevated relaxation area, with openings that filter light and create focused visual escapes.

A Human-Centric Vision

This project redefines the concept of contemporary living, combining simplicity, technology, and naturality. It is an architectural proposal that does not impose itself on its environment, but rather engages in dialogue with it, offering a living experience that is at once sensory, functional, and deeply human.
